We have finalized our Tour plans for 2026 and are now taking reservations.

As of 2/12/2026 we still have seats available for this tour.

Our 2026 tour date is: July 25 - August 2, 2026.

COST:

2 people per room - $1,300 per person

3 people per room - $1,150 per person

4 people per room - $1,075 per person

A deposit of $100 per person is required to reserve a seat on the tour. Deposits and payments should be made via Zelle (preferred) or PayPal.

Interested persons must call or email before making a deposit to ensure tour seats are available and to obtain further information regarding the tour. Zelle or PayPal ID's will be provided during the phone call. Note: Zelle is the preferred method for payment. Those wishing to pay by personal check may do so after receiving directions for check delivery.

We will include the following with our tour package:

All tour itinerary related transportation from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. (We can make stops in Chicago and cities along the route to NYC to pick up passengers.)
Six hotel nights at ONE hotel. (Scheduled for the LaQuinta Clifton, Clifton NJ)
Tours of the Warwick World Headquarters, Patterson Educational Center, and Wallkill US Branch Office.
- Noon lunch will be provided on the three days that we tour the Branch Facilities.
- Oasis Bible Tour at the Metropolitan Museum (pending vendor availability)
- Best of New York Boat Cruise around the Island of Manhattan. (pending vendor availability)
- Shopping and sightseeing opportunities.

Our itinerary will be very similar to our tours in previous years. We will have one branch tour each day, and we will visit all three tour locations.

We are planning to have the Circle Line boat tour that will take us around the Manhattan Island, and we will plan on scheduling an Oasis Bible tour at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Tours to New York City and the World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses in Warwick and Patterson NY, and the United States Branch Office in Wallkill, NY

NOTE: Before signing up for a tour, please read the FAQ page regarding policies related to the tour arrangement. It is the responsibility of each person who attends a tour to read, understand, and follow the directions for the information provided.

NOTE: For guests flying from other Locations, the arrangements for this tour will be with the understanding that each guest will fly to NYC/Newark Airport and obtain their own transportation to the hotel to join the tour. Tour prices DO NOT include airfare or transportation to and from the airport. If you wish to add days to your visit, please contact us in advance and we can give you the additional hotel cost for your trip.

NOTE: It will be the responsibility of all guests to provide their own travel insurance if you desire to be insured against situations that may interfere with your ability to attend a scheduled tour. Jurgens Tours LLC cannot be held liable for accidents or other events that are outside of our control that may prevent your attendance on your scheduled tour.

Jurgens Tours LLC does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services or accommodations for your trip. As a result, it is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such supplier or of any third party over whom Jurgens Tours LLC has no control.

Our week of activity is designed to provide ample time to enjoy the company of everyone involved. We stay at one hotel for six nights which greatly reduces the stresses of packing and unpacking several times during our trip. We enjoy the Bethel Tours, eating together as a group, shopping and sightseeing, and free time for everyone to get together as groups to share meals and socialize.

Circle Line Boat Cruise and Shopping/Sightseeing

Please Note:

There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour in addition to getting on and off the bus frequently, therefore, anyone who is dependent on a wheelchair, walker, or scooter may not be eligible for this tour.

If you have signed up for the tour and decide later that you will need a wheelchair for a branch tour, you must have a family member, friend, or traveling companion who will take responsibility for providing your assistance during the tours.

Individuals with serious medical conditions MUST inform Jurgens Tours LLC of the condition being treated when signing up for the tour. Depending on the situation, Jurgens Tours LLC may require a notation from a personal physician that the tour will not impact your ability to attend the tours nor place your health in jeopardy during the trip. If a guest has a medical condition requiring medical prescriptions, those prescriptions MUST be carried with them at all times. NOTE: Jurgens Tours LLC reserves the right to determine if a person will be allowed to attend a tour due to either physical or medical limitations. With the amount of activity that occurs on the tours, Jurgens Tours LLC reserves the right to exclude those with certain limitations to attend these tours. Jurgens Tours LLC cannot be held liable for issues arising from medical conditions encountered by tour guests.

NOTE: For individuals who have food allergies: It will be your responsibility to determine the safety of food choices in YOUR case when arriving at each restaurant. With the number of different allergies that can be encountered, it is extremely difficult to keep track of them all or to ensure each food vendor complies with any requests made. Jurgens Tours LLC cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions one may experience while on your scheduled tour.
